We design and build our vehicles with precision, passion and cutting-edge technology – combined with an in-depth understanding of quality and the complex requirements of the outstanding transport solutions of today and tomorrow. We're always looking ahead, while drawing on over 140 years of experience in vehicle construction. From Oppenau to Mildenau and Hainesport, all of our sites work to the highest standards of quality and are certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2015.

Performance made easy

The foundations for top performance are laid in our factory. All our vehicles are built in our professional, precise and careful production process. We pay special attention to the stability of the frame and all components, to achieving a perfect finish, and to the long-term strength of our products. We only use high-quality materials – such as long-lasting fine-grained steel – in our production process. We also deploy automated production techniques and robot technology. Man and machine in perfect harmony – our guiding principle in production and out on the road.

Steel construction

Consistently high quality

When we're working with externally sourced components, we refuse to compromise on quality and durability. We work exclusively with well-known suppliers who meet our high standards of production quality.

Frame-building specialists

The main frame is the component that is most fundamental to all of our vehicles. It takes the weight of the entire load, so sheet quality and thickness and material quantity all have to be exactly right. DOLL^® vehicles are among the most stable on the market and are designed for an extremely long service life.

We perform mechanical processes by hand if needed to achieve perfect results.

Machines and robots work to a high degree of precision – but our specialists take precision to new levels. This is how we guarantee that our chassis are exceptionally robust, and that our steering systems are free of play, with outstanding directional stability.

Maximum corrosion protection

Attachment parts are particularly susceptible to weathering and rust. With DOLL^® attachment parts, long-lasting materials and high-quality coatings such as hot-dip galvanisation are standard.
