The ultimate in safety

Just like lifting points, tie-down lashing points and load securing points are configured based on the requirements profile. They meet the rail impact test as well as the requirements for air, sea and rail loading. Depending on the dimensions, all standard container locks and load securing points can be incorporated into the deck. We offer you the tailored load securing concepts, instructions and reports you need for each and every individual transport scenario.

Change driving level at the touch of a button

Up to 4 driving levels can be preset at the factory in line with your specifications and selected using either “OPUS” or radio remote control to suit the driving situation. At the same time, the system controls aspects including the activation of traction control, lift axles, ramp activation, landing legs, manual overssteering and tyre pressure monitoring. These features add to the safe and relaxed logistics operation.

Manual oversteering

Caught in a corner? Operating in very limited space? I n any situation where the tractor unit cannot generate a sufficient steering angle, re. impulse when reversing a regular truck/trailer combination is stuck! With the DOLL® solution the co-driver can either use the radio or cable remote control to adjust the steering easily as required. As a result, the trailer is able to achieve minimum turning radii even in the tightest spaces – without any steering inpulse from the tractor unit.

Tried-and-tested assistance systems

Crucial sensors and potential malfunctions can be read out quickly and conveniently via either “OPUS” or the radio remote control. Case-hardened sensor systems and innovative CAN bus technology hardened in theatre cater for comfortable troubleshooting and help reduce crucial vehicle downtimes. In addition, systems such as ABS-EBS and RSS discretly support driving safety in the background and prevent critical driving situations that would put the system or payload at risk.

Compensating gooseneck

Depending on the number of axles and particular requirements, off-road capability can be increased significantly thanks to the hydraulically compensating gooseneck interacting with the first axles.

Optimum all-terrain capabilities

Solid 19.5" DOLL®pendular axle with maximum stroke and swing capability, tested under extreme conditions. Combined with the load capacity reserves offered by larger tyres and additional ground clearance, these vehicles set the standard across the market in terms of manouverability and off-road capability.

Digital Trailer Control Centre

The control centre allows you to visualise, monitor and regulate all trailer functions. During loading, the payload can be positioned perfectly in the load centre with the help of the digital axle
load display. Read out of the tyre pressure – at the touch of a button. Read and adjust the steering angle of the axles – at the push of a button. Automatic toe-in – at the push of a button.
